Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel free of charge until an agent is assigned to your job. Once an agent is on the way, part of your payment covers the work already completed — so the refund depends on how far along the job is:

Before an agent is assigned	100% refunded
After an agent is assigned	90% refunded
After your vehicle is collected	50% refunded
Once your vehicle reaches the service location	25% refunded
While your vehicle is being returned	10% refunded
After the service is complete	0% refunded

Once a job is underway it can't be cancelled online — contact support and we'll review it with you. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
